Roads to Success is committed to the achievement for all New York City youth. They promote academic, personal and professional development through out-of-school-time programs built on a philosophy of self-discovery. Their mission is to create and sustain an environment where young people find their identity, build their independence and practice generosity in their communities.

The NYC Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)
is the nation’s largest youth employment program connecting NYC youth with career exploration opportunities and city-funded employment for up to 6 weeks each summer. SYEP participants will participate in a work-based experience that will match their interests and provide enriching career exploration, help foster leadership, networking and develop numerous skills.

SYEP is a 6 Week program where the participants get paid $15 an hour and work for 25 hours a week from July 6th to August 15th. The application to become a Summer Youth Participant begins in March.
