We’re excited to announce the creation of a homeschool fitness class plus swimming called Homeschool in Motion. This class is ideal for ages 6-12, as a way to get our kids moving and exercising while having fun! It will include educational ice breakers, sprinting, flag tag in the local park and swimming at the Harlem YMCA.

Uptown Birdies and Work Hard Train Harder Fitness have put together a kids fitness program that is impactful and life changing! Nowadays, kids are not getting enough physical movement. An hour per day is deemed healthy yet the average kid gets 20 minutes of play. The department of education requires a set amount of hours per week of recess and physical education for its students as well as homeschooled children. Even still there is a lack of effective and efficient activities. WHTH is a certified DOE service provider in educational fitness. They possess the skill set to get our children motivated and moving.
